Who we are
Lumera One is a small online store that sells orthopedic comfort products to customers across the United States. We keep the range short on purpose: a seat cushion, a neck pillow, a knee pillow and a handful of braces and sleeves for the joints that take the most of an ordinary day.
Everything we sell is grouped by where you feel it, so you can start with the part of you that needs support rather than scrolling through a catalogue.
What we care about
- Clear instructions. Every product page tells you how to use it, where it sits on the body and when to take it off.
- Honest descriptions. We describe how a product is built. We do not promise that it treats, cures or heals anything, because that is a job for your doctor.
- No surprises. You pay once. We never sign you up for a subscription.
- A fair guarantee. If a product is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your order.
- A real person. Write to us and a person answers.
