Cancellation policy

No subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions. Every purchase is a one-time order, and we never charge your payment method again unless you place a new order.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by emailing dvecom7@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. We confirm the cancellation by email and refund the order in full.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is covered by our Halloween delivery guarantee and our 60-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund policy for details.
