This store, Lumera.one, is operated by Dvecom7 ("we", "us"), Bulgaria. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and materials on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. Always read and follow the instructions that come with a product.

Using our products safely

Our cushions, pillows, braces and sleeves are made for everyday comfort and support. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

A support should feel snug and even, never tight enough to cause numbness, tingling, swelling or a change in skin colour. If that happens, take it off. Stop using a product if it causes pain, and speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before use if you have a diagnosed condition or injury, if you are recovering from surgery, if you are pregnant, or if you have circulation problems or reduced sensation. Keep small parts and packaging away from young children. You use our products at your own responsibility and in line with the instructions provided.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and offers can change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Taxes, if any, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

No subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions. We never charge your payment method again after your order without you placing a new order.

The text, design, logos and original images on this site belong to us or to the owners who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
