This store, Lumera.one, is operated by Dvecom7 ("we", "us"), Bulgaria. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and lighting effects on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. Always read and follow the instructions and warnings that come with a product.

Using Halloween products safely

Our decorations, costumes and makeup are for entertainment and decoration. Battery-powered items need batteries that are not always included, so check the product page. Keep batteries and small parts away from young children. Decorations that hang, such as the ghost swing, are for display only and are not made to carry weight or be used as a seat. Keep lighted and powered items under cover and away from rain unless the product page says otherwise, and use fog machines in open, ventilated spaces. Do not wear costume masks where they limit your vision near traffic. For makeup and glitter products, do a patch test first, keep them away from the eyes and stop using them if irritation occurs. You use our products at your own responsibility and in line with these instructions.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and offers can change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Taxes, if any, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

No subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions. We never charge your payment method again after your order without you placing a new order.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and original images on this site belong to us or to the owners who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
